UVIRA IFC 1.3 The flight controller that runs your own algorithm.
It flies your quadcopter. You build its algorithm from blocks in FORGE Studio and test it on this board before the first flight.
Designed in India.
Taxable value Rs 29,661.02 + GST Rs 5,338.98
- Free delivery in India, 3 to 7 working days.
- 2 months of FORGE Studio from the first time you connect it to Studio.
- 15-day replacement for manufacturing defects. Warranty terms
- 7-day returns, reviewed within 1 working day. Refunds and returns
- GST invoice with every order, in your company's name if you add its GSTIN.
What It Does
- Your own algorithm
- Guidance, landing or your own logic, built from FORGE blocks without code. It runs on the board itself.
- Phone setup
- The board makes its own Wi-Fi. Your phone takes you through setup and a first tune.
- Eight flight modes
- ACRO, STABILISE, ALTHOLD, LOITER, GUIDED, RTL, LAND and FORGE, on Quad X frames.
- Simulation mode, then Real Flight mode
- In simulation mode the board flies a math model of your drone in FORGE Studio. Switch it off and on: it starts in Real Flight mode.
- Every flight saved
- Replay any flight in FORGE Studio, with plots, a PDF report, 3D video and CSV.
- Companion computer
- Plug one into USB-C, and it can tell your algorithm what a camera sees.
Wiring
You bring: a 6S battery (its XT60 or XT90 lead soldered to J1), ESCs, a radio receiver, and a GPS with compass to hold position. What else you need
Specifications
More in the datasheet and the user manual.
Board
- Size
- 50 x 50 mm
- Weight
- About 15 g (board alone)
- Mounting
- 30.5 x 30.5 mm, four 4 mm holes for M3 screws, dampers in the box
- Supply voltage
- 6S LiPo (22.2 V, 25.2 V full), straight from the battery, its lead soldered to J1 (+ and − plated holes). The payload output needs 6S. No reverse-polarity protection: check the plug.
- Country of origin
- India
On the board
- Processor
- ESP32-S3, dual core, 240 MHz, 8 MB flash
- Motion sensor (IMU)
- ICM-42688-P
- Barometer
- DPS368
- Wi-Fi
- Built in, with a U.FL socket for an external antenna
- Compass
- On your GPS module, found by itself (supported parts in the datasheet)
Connections
- Motor outputs
- 4, bidirectional DShot, for four ESCs or one 4-in-1 (for the battery reading: ESCs with DShot extended telemetry; harness in the datasheet)
- Battery voltage
- Read from the ESCs or wired to J4 (details in the datasheet). With neither, the low-battery failsafe is off
- RC receiver
- CRSF or ELRS, SBUS, or iBUS, found at start-up
- GPS and compass
- One connector for an external module
- Telemetry
- Serial port for a telemetry radio
- USB-C
- Firmware updates and a companion computer
- Payload connector
- J4: the eSwitch output (battery voltage, 3 A, switched by a FORGE block) and four analog inputs for FORGE blocks (0-3.1 V, 0-3.1 V, 0-9.9 V and 0-34 V)
FORGE Studio Included
2 months with each board, from the first time you connect it to FORGE Studio.
They start after any time you have left. When they end, your drone keeps flying and running the programs on it.
Buying for a Lab
Order with your institution's GSTIN, or ask for a quotation. It comes within 2 working days.
