Cancelling an order

You can cancel for free from your order page until the order is packed. Anything you paid is refunded in full at once. After it ships there is no cancel button: you can refuse the delivery, or return it as below.

Returns

  • Within 7 days of delivery, used or not: request it from your order page, tell us what is wrong and add photos.
  • We review it and reply by e-mail within 1 working day. If we accept it, the courier collects it within 2 working days; if not, we tell you why.
  • We refund in full when it reaches us and we check it is undamaged and complete with everything that came in the box.
  • Defective or wrong item: pickup is free. Change of mind: the reverse pickup cost may be deducted (to be confirmed before launch).
  • When the board reaches us and we check it, it leaves your account and the FORGE Studio time it brought ends.
  • A manufacturing defect within 15 days of delivery is replaced, with the Studio time left on the board (warranty).

Damaged in transit

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the board. We send a replacement if we have stock, or refund in full, and we claim from the courier ourselves.

Failed payments and double payments

If a payment fails, no money is taken; if your bank shows a debit, it is returned by your bank. If you pay twice for the same order, the second payment is refunded automatically.

Studio time

Studio time is not refunded once a period has started, except double payments and our mistakes. A plan that renews by itself can be stopped or paused at any time on your Studio plan page: it stops before the next payment, and the time already paid stays yours to its end. The free trial lets you try Studio first.

How refunds are paid

To the same account or card you paid with, through our payment partner. Where your bank or card takes instant refunds, the money is back within minutes; otherwise banks take 5-7 working days to show it. A credit note is issued against the invoice.
