Every UVIRA IFC 1.3 has a 15-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery.

What we do

If the board has a manufacturing defect within 15 days of delivery, we replace it with a new one. Pickup is free for an accepted claim. After 15 days we offer a paid repair.

How to claim

Write to support with the serial number (UV13-...), the order number, what happens, and photos if you can. A person checks it first, because many problems are setup questions we can solve together.

Not covered

• Crash damage, water damage and other physical damage.
• Wrong wiring or wrong supply voltage.
• Modified hardware, or opened sealed parts.

For these we offer a paid repair.

New owners

The warranty follows the board when it is transferred to a new owner, still counted from the first delivery date.
