Shipping and delivery policy

• Free delivery to any PIN code in India our courier partners reach.
• We pack within 1 working day of payment. Delivery takes 3-7 working days after that; the North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands may take longer, and checkout says so.
• Prepaid orders only; no cash on delivery.
• Shipped through a courier aggregator with insured, tracked parcels.
• You get the tracking number by e-mail when it ships, and can follow it on the tracking page.

Changing the address

You can change the delivery address on your order page until it is packed. After that, write to support and we ask the courier; it is not always possible.

If delivery fails

The courier tries again. If the parcel comes back to us, we either ship it once more for free or refund you in full; if we do not hear from you in 7 days, we refund.

Large orders

Orders over Rs 50,000 travel with an e-way bill, which we prepare.
