Terms of sale

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from UVIRA Aerospace ("UVIRA", "we") on this website. Please read them with the refund and cancellation policy, the shipping policy and the warranty.

1. Who sells

The seller is UVIRA Aerospace, Hyderabad, Telangana. Our registered address, GSTIN and contact details are on the company and GST details page.

2. What we sell and the prices

  • The UVIRA IFC 1.3 flight controller, a component for building drones.
  • Time on UVIRA FORGE Studio, our software, by the month or the year, paid once or renewing by itself through UPI AutoPay or a card until you stop it (see the Studio terms of use).

Every price on the site is in Indian rupees and includes 18% GST. The GST split is shown in the cart, at checkout and on the invoice. Delivery within India is free.

3. Your order

  • An order is a contract once it is paid and we confirm it by e-mail.
  • When you go to payment, the boards in your order are held for you for 15 minutes. If the payment does not arrive in that time, they may be sold to someone else.
  • If your payment arrives after the boards are gone, we refund it in full automatically.
  • You can order up to 5 boards at a time online. For more, ask for a quotation.

4. Payment

You pay through our payment partner by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is not offered.

5. Delivery, cancellation, returns and warranty

These are set out in the shipping policy, the refund and cancellation policy and the warranty.

6. The FC is a component

The IFC 1.3 is a part for building a drone, not a complete drone. Building, registering and flying a drone safely and lawfully is the owner's responsibility. See the drone rules note.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by a drone that was built, set up or flown by someone else.

8. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction. For a complaint, write to support or to our grievance officer.
